About Shelf Pilots
An Amazon listing and advertising management business, run by someone who sells on Amazon.
Who runs it
Shelf Pilots is the registered trade name of Mayank Sonegara, based in India. It works with brands selling on Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, Amazon.ae, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.co.jp.
Mayank Sonegara also runs MeAyurv, an Ayurvedic powder brand on Amazon.in. The listing work, the advertising and the per-SKU profit calculations described on this site were built and tested on that account before being offered to anyone else.
The person who takes your enquiry is the person who does the work on your account. There is no account manager in between.
How we work
- Profit per order, not ACoS. Every change is judged by what an order leaves after the referral fee, fulfilment, closing fee, tax and landed cost.
- Diagnosis first, in week one. Every change in the first 30 days is signed off by you before it goes live.
- Every change logged. What changed, why, what it was expected to do and what it did, including the changes that did not work.
- Reports in contribution per SKU. Written, so you can read them without a call.
- Priced on the work, not on hours. You will not be sent an hourly rate or a timesheet.
Who else is in your category
You are told every account we run that competes with yours, before you sign.
MeAyurv, the founder's Ayurvedic powder brand on Amazon.in, is managed by Shelf Pilots as a client account on the same terms as any other. If you sell in a category we already work in, you hear that up front, along with exactly what overlaps.
